Ordinance 26-22 appropriates $1,140,160 for the Dealaman Nature Trail and Pond, half of it a state grant. Resolution 2026-200 moved the tax grace period because the county tax board certified the rate late.

Ordinances 26-07 through 26-11 create AH-9, AH-10, AH-11 and AH-12 with caps of 176, 69, 115 and 64 units and set asides from 25 to 31 percent. Six ordinances passed on unanimous 4-0 roll calls.

On February 11 the Planning Board approved an amended site plan for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York at the former Chubb headquarters. The main building drops to about 250,900 square feet and the law enforcement building to 2,454.
