How the reporting works
Market posts are built from Garden State MLS records for Warren Township, checked against the tax assessor record. Civic posts are built from the primary record: township minutes, adopted ordinances, agendas, court filings and school district budgets, each cited with a link. National posts use primary data publishers such as Freddie Mac and the National Association of Realtors, translated into Warren terms.
Three standing rules. Every figure is traceable to a listed source. What could not be verified is said plainly rather than papered over. And when something published here turns out to be wrong, it is corrected on the page with a note saying what changed, not silently edited.
