The Warren Report Card Archive

RecordThe primary document, reported. What the labels mean

The Warren Report Card is the printed market report John has mailed to Warren mailboxes every month since 2015. This archive holds 113 issues, December 2016 through September 2026, with the issues it still lacks listed at the end. Each card opens that month's report as a letter-size PDF you can read, print or save, with the sold-homes detail page included where it survives in the files. Forward sends the link by email. Click any cover, or Read, to page through that issue in place, with the arrows, the keyboard or a swipe carrying you into the next issue. Jump to a year from the bar, pick a month from the finder, or switch to the list view to scan every issue on one screen. Dashed slots mark the months the archive lacks. The data behind the current mailers now lives on the Warren market page.

113 issues, December 2016 to September 2026

What the archive does not have

These issues were mailed but are not in the files behind this page. Every card printed from January 2018 on is here except one page. If one of these is in a drawer, scan it and send it to john@nexthomepremier.com.

  • 2015, every issue. The card started mailing in 2015 and no file from that year survives.
  • 2016, every issue except December.
  • August and September 2017. Both exist only as Pages layout files, not as the printed PDF.
  • July 2022, September 2023 and October 2024 were not printed. The print orders show the June 2022, August 2023 and September 2024 cards each mailed late, in the following month, and no card was ordered for the month that followed. They are marked on the grid, not missing from it.
  • June 2025, front page. The sold homes page is here. The front page file is too large to move by the route used to build this page.

Updated October 20, 2026 with the front pages of the January and April 2025 issues, a page by page reader, the August and September 2026 issues, eleven issues from 2016 and 2017, the June 2025 sold homes page, an issue finder and a list view. New issues are added to the archive as they mail.
