The November 3 ballot carries a public question on restoring the vacant former municipal building at 46 Mountain Boulevard. The estimate is $7.5 million and about $81 a year on the average household.

Ordinance 26-19 took effect in June. It removes data centers from the permitted uses in the General Industrial district and adds them to the prohibited uses list in all zones. No application was pending.
