The November 3 ballot carries a public question on restoring the vacant former municipal building at 46 Mountain Boulevard. The estimate is $7.5 million and about $81 a year on the average household.

Resolution 2026-132 adopted the 2026 budget 5-0 on May 14. Resolution 2026-151 asks the county clerk to print a non binding question on restoring the Hofheimer House at an estimated $7,500,000.
